Workout Journal Entry 1

Day 1:

So I started my workout today.  I had a DR's appt on Thursday of last week for an annual check up, the one women have to do every year :-(.  Before that appointment ended, I learned that I was overweight and needed to lose 60 lbs(which I already knew), my blood pressure is high, and my thyroids are enlarged.  I just went in for a check up.  Right then and there, I decided I was going to get a membership at a gym and start working out twice a day.  No more junk food.  No more Dr. Pepper :(

Today my husband and I worked out for an hour and a half, complete body workout.  I am feeling good.

My goal is to lose 5 lbs a month if mot more AND start eating much healthier.
